Condolence & Memory Journal

With our deepest sympathy to the family. I loved Eleanor as if she was my Grandmother. She was a loving compassionate women who always made me laugh with our conversations in the driveway and at the lake. She loved my children as if they were her own, this is the women I will always hold dear to my heart and cherish the many memories of our times we had together.

Mrs. Klena (Eleanor),

We have so many great times at the lake together as me and my family grew up there and you were always part of out lives. My parents would meet you and Mr. Klena (Paul) at Sherman's while me and Alan would roam the midway. Special memoirs and special times. You will be truly missed but I am so happy you will be reunited with Paul again.

Love always,
Bruce Barkevich

I was so saddened to read of Eleanor's passing just recently I first met her several years ago when she needed help with window treatments. Immediately I knew that she was a very special lady-incredibly independent! What a wonderful, full of life spirit she had. We had great chats together and even took a road trip to schenectady to get a shade repaired, with lunch to follow of course. I was always impressed with her well kept home and smiled when I would she her mowing her
own lawn! I was an honor to know Eleanor.
