Marie E. Kritzler, 98, a resident of the Folts Homes, Herkimer, NY, departed this life on November 16, 2012 in firm Faith of reunion with loved ones and her Lord in eternal Life. She was born November 25, 1913 in Baltimore, MD, the only child of William Henry Mauler and Anna Beck Stamm. She was raised a devout Catholic and was educated at St. Elizabeth's Schools. She attended Business School majoring in Secretarial Science and took her first job during the Depression at $6/Week. She married William Otto August Kritzler who was born in Lüdenscheid, Westphalia, Germany in St. Mary's Church, Alexandria, VA on December 23, 1937. Theirs was a blessed union of 50 years. In 2002 she re-located to Claxton Manor at the Folts Homes, Herkimer where she spent several wonderful carefree years before moving to the Wakeman Building as her declining mobility required.
