Paul passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013.
Paul was a resident of Oswego, New York at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Kathryn.
Funeral Services will be held 11a.m. Tuesday, at the Nelson funeral home.
Calling hours will be held 2-7p.m. Monday, at the funeral home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of Oswego County Hospice, PO Box 102, Oswego or a charity of one's choice.
