Terry J. Marrone, 57, of Marcy, passed away February 13, 2013 at Faxton –St. Luke's Healthcare after a lengthy illness. He was born June 7, 1955, in Utica, the son of Leonard and Marlene Marrone. On October 20, 2007, Terry married Pamela M. Buddle in Gatlinburg, TN. Prior to becoming disabled, Terry worked as an electrician and was involved in many aspects of contracting and home improvement. He was passionate about music. At one time he was a member of the band Loose Enz. More recently, he enjoyed time jamming with his friends. He had a love for animals, especially for his "children" Taz and Burdock. He was a NASCAR fan. He is survived by his beloved wife Pamela; step-mother Sandra L. Marrone; two sons, Michael Marrone, and Matthew Schuck and Becca Perusse; sisters, Marie Bell, Michele Rogers, and Elizabeth Myers; his in-laws Peter and Alice Buddle and their family; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family wishes to express their special thanks to Dr. Emile Wassel, Dr. Thomas Mathew, and the CCU staff at St. Luke's for the compassion they have shown to Terry and his family; to two very special dialysis nurses, Yolanda Devine and Tamera Alm for their special care and kindness; and to the dedicated members of Kunkel Ambulance, Maynard Fire Dept., and the New York State Police. Terry was a man who lived his life on his own terms. In accordance with his wishes there will be no calling hours. A party to celebrate his life will be held at the convenience of his family. Please consider memorials in his name to the National Kidney Foundation, or the American Heart Association. Arrangements are in care of Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home, Whitesboro.
