Thelma Ruth Ingersoll, 84, of Yorkville died January 23, 2013 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare. She was born March 30, 1928 in Utica, NY a daughter of the late Franklin and Sadie Suits. She married Clarence William Ingersoll in Utica, who predeceased her. Thelma was employed with Hathaway Baking Co., and General Electric in Utica. She was a member of the Oneida County Seniors. She enjoyed socializing with friends, playing bingo, gardening, sewing and knitting. Thelma is survived by her sons David Ingersoll and Carl Ingersoll, her daughter-in-law Margaret Ingersoll; four grandchildren, Carrie, Rebecca, Bradford and Kurtis. The family would like to thank the staff at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare for all of their care of Thelma. Friends are invited to call on Sunday from 2-3 PM at the Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home, Forty Main St., Whitesboro where a Memorial Service will follow at 3 PM. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
